Lubricants

Lubricants enhance the polishing performance of diamond suspensions, compounds, and lapping films to by reducing friction, helping to increase and extend product efficiency.

They are used in conjunction with compound, suspension(s), slurries and as an alternative to water on lapping films. They reduce friction and extend the life of the cloth and abrasive by keeping the surface wet and cooled.

All 16 and 32 oz. bottles are supplied with both a trigger sprayer and flip-top for manual dispensing. Gallon containers are supplied with an empty, prelabeled 16 oz. empty bottle for convenience.

	BlueLube™ - A low viscosity lubricant with a denatured alcohol base, it is compatible with alcohol-based polishing suspensions for polishing water sensitive materials.
	GreenLube™ - A medium viscosity glycol/water-based lubricant, it is recommended as an all-purpose lubricant compatible with all polishing suspensions. It is also excellent for use with diamond lapping film to enhance life and performance as an alternative to water.
	PurpleLube™ - A near odor-less, low viscosity ethyl alcohol based polishing lubricant, it is recommended for use with alcohol-based polishing suspensions for preparing water-sensitivie materials or those prone to corrosion.
	RedLube™ - A water-free, high viscosity glycol based lubricant, this is recommended for polishing soft and/or ductile materials where smearing is a concern.
