PCB Microsections

For automatic measurement of PCB microsections, Allied offers a custom solution coupling microscopy, image capture with the powerful ZEN Core software with machine-learning capability of ZEN/Intellisys.

The solution involves automatic image capture of up to six (6) gang mounted PCB microsection mounts, combining automatic stitching with automatic focus for a fully automatic process. Once all images are collected, they are measured quickly, offline and archived for years for audit/recall purposes.

The solution includes automatic reporting output in a custom format, pass/fail criteria, etc.
