Polishing
Abrasives include suspensions/slurries, compound (paste) and powders. Suspensions/Slurries are liquid-based abrasives that are formulated for automatic dispensing and available in several mineral types. Compound or paste, has unique uses and is manually dispensed from the syringe. Powders are mixed with preferred carriers for manual dispensing.
Cloths are used with polishing abrasives to remove scratches from grinding to produce a scratch-free, mirror-like finish. There are several types: chemotextile, flocked, non-woven and woven, available in disc and sheet form with different backings: adhesive (PSA), non-adhesive (plain), or ferromagnetic substrate.
Lubricants are used to reduce cloth/pad/lapping film wear and enhance or extend the performance and life of abrasive products and improve overall sample finish.
Abrasives
Alumina - Made with 99.9% pure aluminum oxide, these high-purity abrasives are available in powder, suspension and colloidal formulations.
Diamond - Available in either poly or monocrystalline, this premium grade diamond abrasive is available in several carrier options, alcohol, compound, glycol, water; all being water-soluble.
Silica - Available in various particle sizes and formulations, these products are used primarily for final polishing applications to achieve ultra smooth surface finish with minimal material removal rate.

Cloths
Available in various fabric types, woven, non-woven, flock(ed), polishing cloths are available in many sizes and with different backing options to choose from. Some cloths have better chemical resistance and more suitable for use with pH adjusted slurries and alcohol-based suspensions.

Lubricants
Lubricants enhance the polishing performance of diamond suspensions, compounds, and lapping films to by reducing friction, helping to increase and extend product efficiency.
They are used in conjunction with compound, suspension(s), slurries and as an alternative to water on lapping films. They reduce friction and extend the life of the cloth and abrasive by keeping the surface wet and cooled.
All 16 and 32 oz. bottles are supplied with both a trigger sprayer and flip-top for manual dispensing. Gallon containers are supplied with an empty, prelabeled 16 oz. empty bottle for convenience.
